After you have completed this form and submitted it you will receive a print and mail confirmation page with information on where to send your ad images and your check or money order. You will also receive an ad identification number. Please put the ad number on your check or money order so that we can identify your ad payment. This identification number will also allow you to remove your ad early if you no longer need it running. Just email us your ad identification number with the words "You Can Remove My Ad Now" in the subject line to stopmyad@zenpageweavers.com.

For YOUR safety from credit card theft, please mail your ad confirmation print out with identification number along with a $10 check or money order and the picture you want us to use for your Upgrade to the address you will see on the confirmation page. This confirmation page is displayed after you hit the submit button below. Please Print the Confirmation Page. Upon receipt of payment, your ad will be posted and will run for one full month or one full year if you have checked that box.
