We are looking for an
experienced licensed employee benefits account manager for our Pleasanton
location. We are looking for part time or full time
or a schedule with flexibility .
You would have the chance to provide superior customer service for all clients
and work within a strong team environment! Job duties will include, but are
not limited to, processing new and renewal group submissions, running quotes
for producers, contacting carriers and
working with our clients on a regular basis
in regards to all benefit administration functions.
Our ideal team member has a
positive attitude, is enthusiastic, has at least two years of insurance
experience,
holds an insurance license, and at
least a high school diploma. Knowledge of Applied system is desirable. In
addition, someone who is highly organized with the ability to work
under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills and knowledge of computer programs are
a must. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
